- 1 cup almond butter (creamy and well mixed)
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 4 scoops Body Kitchen Original Body Boost Collagen
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the almond butter, coconut sugar, collagen, baking soda, eggs, and vanilla until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Note: the dough will be a little sticky.
- Drop the dough by the heaping tablespoon onto the parchment paper-lined cookie sheet and shape gently into a circle. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the edges start to slightly brown.
- Let the cookies cool completely. Store leftovers in a covered container in the fridge.
