“Nice” cream is an ice cream alternative where you blend frozen fruit into a soft serve consistency. It’s an excellent option for those who want a nutritious sweet treat without dairy or added sugar.
Keep your “nice” cream simple with frozen bananas or dress it up with your favorite flavors and toppings. Add frozen berries for a banana berry base or mango and pineapple for a tropical option. This version includes collagen for added protein and to support hair, skin, joints, bones, and digestion.
