Not only are these ice cubes a delicious way to uplevel your cold brew, but they also add collagen protein to your day. Place the soaked (and drained) cashews in a high-speed blender along with the water and blend until smooth, creamy, and no cashew pieces remain, at least 1 minute.
Add the cacao, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and collagen powder. Blend until smooth.
