INGREDIENTS
  • 8 cups unsweetened natural apple juice
  • 2 apples peeled, cored and quartered
  • 1 medium peeled cucumber
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 stalk celery, cut
  • ½ cup parsley
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 12 small radishes (for garnish)
  • Worcestershire Sauce (for taste)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Make in two batches. Divide all ingredients in half and mix in a blender until all ingredients are blended. Add ice and repeat process.
