Ingredients
Cinnamon Maple Granola:
2 cups dry rolled oats
½ cup raw pecans
½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
¼ cup raw sunflower seeds
½ cup shredded coconut
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup maple syrup (or honey)
Cinnamon Maple Yogurt + Granola Bowl:
2/3 cup plain organic whole milk yogurt (low fat works too!)
In a large bowl, combine the oats, pecans, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut, sea salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir to combine. Mix the melted coconut oil with the maple syrup and pour over the granola mixture until well coated.
Spread the granola on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the oats are slightly browned, stirring once halfway through.
Let the granola cool completely, for about 1 hour. Transfer to a quart-sized jar with a lid until ready to use.

In a small bowl, add the yogurt. Mix in Body Kitchen Collagen + Elastin powder. Top with granola and berries. Enjoy!
