Spiced Tahini and Fig Overnight Oats
Overnight oats are a simple and delicious make-ahead breakfast option. Just combine ingredients in a jar and let sit in the fridge overnight. The oats will soften, the flavors will mingle, and your tastebuds will be satisfied.
½ tablespoon tahini
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/3 cup organic rolled oats
1 scoop Body Kitchen Body Boost Collagen
1 dried Turkish fig, chopped
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger powder
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Pinch of sea salt
½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
Fresh fruit for topping, optional
Spread the tahini and maple syrup around the bottom of a glass jar
Add the oats and collagen and mix. Add the fig pieces, hemp seeds, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, and milk. Stir together.
Put a lid on the jar and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight
Top with fresh fruit or other desired toppings just before serving.
