Collagen Yogurt Bowl
We love using Youthful Beauty Collagen in this recipe for the additional protection it provides the skin in the summer sun, along with the antioxidants from blueberries, nectarines, and hemp seeds. Yum!
6 ounces plain full-fat yogurt (or substitute non-dairy yogurt)
½ nectarine, sliced
¼ cup fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 teaspoon honey
In a bowl, add the yogurt and sprinkle collagen powder on top. Mix until well combined.
Top with nectarines, blueberries, and hemp seeds. Drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.

Gluten-free granola, sliced banana, and peanut butter
Fresh or frozen cherries, cacao nibs, and sunflower seeds
Tahini, peaches, shredded coconut, and maple syrup
