Changing to the powder

I have been losing weight and I have not seen a bunch of sagging skin. But my skin seems dry and papery. I only take these pills when someone is home I have chocked on this specific pill a few times already. Before you ask it has never happened before and it has only happened when I started taking this particular pill. I am taking numerous body kitchen supplements in my stack and it only happens with this rather large capsule. I am going to add the collagen and elastin powder to my routine and stop the capsule. I want to see if that works better if not I might just open the capsule and dump in my morning coffee. So I will update later

Great supplement

Been using Pro-Elastin for a few months now. Skin appears firmer and seems to have more bounce-back. Nothing hugely dramatic yet, but hoping elasticity will continue to improve with use.
