Instead of flour, the base of this recipe is almond butter, rich in healthy fats, minerals, and antioxidants. The result is a dense, fudgy brownie that’s low in sugar and packs some protein. So, you can have your brownie without sacrificing your skin or health.

Ingredients
1 cup creamy almond butter
¼ cup maple syrup
2 eggs
1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
1/3 cup cacao powder

2 Scoops of collagen
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cacao nibs
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 5x7 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a food processor fitted with the “S” blade, add the almond butter, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, cacao, collagen protein, baking soda, and salt. Process until combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
Add the cacao nibs and chocolate chips; pulse to combine. The batter will be thick.
Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared baking dish and smooth it flat. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool, slice, and enjoy! Store leftovers in a covered container in the fridge.
