Please note that adding collagen powder will make the waffles brown a little more than other recipes you may be used to.
Heat a waffle iron on medium heat while preparing ingredients.
Add almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, Body Kitchen Youthful Beauty Advanced Collagen, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Mix in blueberries by hand.
Pour ¼ of the batter into the waffle iron and cook until done. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings. Store cool leftovers in a covered container in the fridge and reheat in the toaster.
