Who doesn’t love a cold popsicle on a hot day? What’s even better is a popsicle without artificial colors and a ton of sugar. This version is sweetened with real fruit, contains coconut water for electrolytes including potassium, and coconut milk for healthy fat to keep energy stable. Body Kitchen Unwind easily mixes into the recipe to provide magnesium, an important electrolyte to keep you hydrated. For a sweeter popsicle, add a little maple syrup to the coconut cream.

Pro tip: Place a can of full-fat coconut milk in the fridge overnight to separate the cream from the milk, then scoop the cream off the top.
Ingredients
2 cups fresh or frozen pitted sweet cherries
1 cup coconut water
1 scoop Body Kitchen Unwind
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup coconut cream
Directions
In a blender, combine the cherries, coconut water, Unwind, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
Spoon two heaping tablespoons of coconut cream into each popsicle mold. Fill the molds up with the cherry mixture. Briefly stir each popsicle to create streaks of white and red.
