Spring cleaning this year will look a bit different from that of past years. After the usual slowing down of things for winter amidst a full year of already living in a quarantine bubble, we’re eagerly reemerging with renewed optimism and greater appreciation for health and mental wellbeing as foundations of life and happiness.
While you can’t control what happens outside, you have significant control over what happens inside your body and home, making this time of year a can’t-miss opportunity to transform your “new normal” into a “better normal” than even what pre-pandemic life offered!
By cleaning out the clutter in your mind, body and cabinets, you can get rid of the thoughts, routines and junk that hold you back from making every day a wonderful day no matter what life throws at you.
All you need is a garbage bag and a new attitude to make it happen.
Spring clean your mind
Thoughts are powerful forces that drive behaviors and outcomes. The key is to reframe thoughts into ones that allow for the greatest possibilities, outcomes and solutions instead of closing yourself off to them.
